Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time and remain active through the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all estimates generated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WashForeman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
